Everyone who falls on that stone will be broken to pieces,
but he on whom it falls will be crushed. (LUKE20:18)
People value things according to their own needs.
So because of that value, they are happy, sad, hate angry.
However, when they meet Jesus, who is the absolute value,
all other values lose their value and become meaningless because of that absolute value.
When Jesus comes to you,
there comes to be conflict of values.
There are people who stone and rebellious at the Lord Jesus cause of their own value.
But, there are people whose life’s cornerstone changes because of the gospel,
which is like the stone that the builders rejected, but become CORNERSTONE.
All the values that I relied on and cherished will be broken to pieces.
Even I, myself who could never change, will be crushed before the cross.
and then Jesus Christ becomes our cornerstone that will never been shaken.
